The main reason yachties return home from their voyages is to see family and friends. Having said that, perhaps you'd like to see our dear ones!

The next thing we know we have an Army Medic in out midst!

Besides these interesting "creatures" on the left, So Cal has some other interesting wild creatures:

I thought this guy with the blue bill was pretty interesting - and right in MDR.

This is how a pelican looks just as it enters the water. Can you believe that such a large bird could become a small narrow arrow?

And, here's mom & dad building their house for their little ones.  Looks like Mom picked out the lot and Dad has to bring the building materials.

And then it's just the waiting game, sitting on the nest until the little ones arrive!
