| This was our last visit to
New Zealand. So, having other people visit us there allowed us to see
the northern country once again through someone else's eyes. Both Joel
and Robin took some interesting photos and I have included theirs on
this page.
Though
is seems mundane, this is the typical countryside across the north
island. Lots of green grass, rolling hills and grazing sheep and cows.

AND, for the first time this year we saw those
traditional and acclaimed birds from the USA: turkeys!
These
are all Robin's photos. Not only can I NOT find my pictures, but being a
professional photographer, his are better.
I
liked what he did with this man fishing in the surf. I just hope he
catches some fish after being out there close to the big waves.

We visited some sand dunes way up in the northern
island. Quite interesting, don't you think?
 These
photos I took in Auckland, but I wasn't in the water with these fish!!
Now you have to figure it out! That's a clown triggerfish on left and a
false clown anemonefish on the right
 I
hope you think these are fun!! (I do!) On the left is a
goldring bristletooth. Copper-banded butterflyfish
(beaked) (Chelmon rostratus) on the right. We saw these in pairs.

OK! No more teasing you with these cute guys!
On the left, a picassofish (Rhinecanthus aculeatus) and on the
right, another butterflyfish. |
